Running board end cap for the 2009-2015 Honda Pilot, 3D printed
The plastic end cap on the Pilot's running board step falls off and is not sold on its own. We traced one from a flatbed scan of the original, printed a white test ring to check it wall for wall, then printed the cap in matte black PETG. It pushes on by hand and stays.

How it came to be
One end cap was missing, so we made it.
We laid the owner's rear cap on a flatbed scanner, walls down, traced every wall at true size, mirrored it for the front, and printed a white test ring to check it wall for wall against the original.
Then we printed the cap in matte black PETG overnight.
It went on by hand and stayed.
