Made to order
Every piece is printed after you order it. Printed pieces show layer lines and small marks from the print bed; that is normal, not a defect. Pictures on this site can be previews or samples, and your piece can vary a little from them.

How ordering works
Plain terms,
in plain words.
Cohjoy Prints is a small shop in Athens, Georgia. Everything is made to order. Questions go to cohjoyprints@gmail.com.
Price and payment
Pieces with a price on the site can be paid right on the page through Square, and the order starts when payment lands. Custom work gets a written quote first, paid through the Square link in it. A quote is good for seven days. The smallest order is $15. Shipping in the US is $6, and free on orders of $35 or more. Sales tax is shown before you pay. Shipping is free when the price says shipping is included. By paying on the page you agree to these terms.
Delivery
The ready-by date in your quote is our estimate. If we cannot ship by it, we tell you, and you can wait or cancel for a full refund.
Returns
Everything is made to order, so sales are final. If your order arrives broken or is not what we quoted, email a photo within seven days of delivery and we will make it right.
Use
Printed plastic is not for food, safety-critical or load-bearing use unless your quote says so. Some pieces have small parts and are not for children under three. Pieces with magnets: swallowed magnets can stick together inside the body and cause serious injury or death. Keep them away from children. Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Your files and marks
By sending a logo, a character, a photo or a design, you are telling us you have the right to use it. We do not sell or share what you send us.
Your information
We use your email, name, address, files and messages only to handle your order. The forms on this site reach us through Netlify, our host. Cards are handled by Square; we never see your card number. We do not sell your information. Email us and we delete what the law does not make us keep. Photos and files you send stay with your order and are deleted when you ask. If you join a waiting list we email you when it opens, and you can say stop any time. Links to this site can carry a tag saying where you came from, like Instagram; we only count those. We count visits to this site without cookies: the page, where the visit came from, the kind of device and the city. Nothing that says who you are. The site keeps small settings in your browser, like your basket. The Napkin is for grown-ups: kids draw with a parent who sends it.
